1 General information

The new release of ProSim:737 2.X does not require use SC-Pascal Scripts to control the Sismo´s Plug&Fly Modules Ethernet using SimCards. The application recognizes automatically the module based on the Host Port. However, for old module versions, the scripts are still needed, please check the compatibility matrix to identify if you need or not scripts to connect the Sismo’s Modules with ProSim:737 V2.x Please refer to the manual provided by Sismo - USING PROSIM737 V2.X WITH SISMO MODULES ETHERNET

2 Supported specific hardware

2.1 GENERAL CONFIGURATION

  1. In ProSim737 System->Config->Configuration->Drivers enable the option "Sismo ethernet boards support"
  2. Restart ProSim737

2.2 MIP

  • See General configuration
  • In ProSim737 System->Config->Configuration->Drivers, click on "Advanced" button next to "Sismo ethernet boards support", in the new window, select !MIP" tab and enabled the panels you have connected

2.3 Fwd Overhead

  • See General configuration
  • In ProSim737 System->Config->Configuration->Drivers, click on "Advanced" button next to "Sismo ethernet boards support", in the new window, select "Fwd OVH" tab and enabled the panels you have connected

2.4 Fwd Overhead

  • See General configuration
  • In ProSim737 System->Config->Configuration->Drivers, click on "Advanced" button next to "Sismo ethernet boards support", in the new window, select "Aft OVH" tab and enabled the panels you have connected


2.5 Pedestal

  • See General configuration
  • In ProSim737 System->Config->Configuration->Drivers, click on "Advanced" button next to "Sismo ethernet boards support", in the new window, select "Aft OVH" tab and enabled the panels you have connected

2.6 MCP

  • See General configuration
  • In ProSim737 System->Config->Configuration->Drivers, click on "Advanced" button next to "Sismo ethernet boards support", in the new window, select "MCP" tab and enable the EFIS you have connected
  • No configuration required in ProSim737-MCP - but the MCP software must be running
