CPFlight Flaps Gauge (NG Only)
CPFlight flap gauge has a hardware fixed speed and hardware gauge will not follow actual flap position.
Normal flap extension time from 0 to full is about 40 seconds and CPFlight hardware takes 60 seconds causing a mismatch between software and hardware.
Flap extension/retraction times are then increased by 50% when MIP ICS is found (flap gauge present) so software and hardware gauges are in sync.
